Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    across multiple IT roles (Java, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Cloud, etc.).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to

    gather requirements, define role expectations

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, internal referrals, job boardsto

    identify high-quality candidates

  • Conduct

    screening, technical understanding-based assessments

    , and ensure high-quality profiles are moved forward.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical IT skill sets.
  • Drive

    interview coordination, candidate communication

    , and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
  • Participate in

    hiring drives, campus recruitment

    , and employer branding initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational standards and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience

    specifically in

    IT recruitment / technical hiring

    .
  • Hands-on experience sourcing for

    mid to senior-level technical roles

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    tech stacks, IT skills, and market trends

    .
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality results consistently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    ATS tools

    (Darwinbox, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Prior experience in

    IT services or product-based hiring environments
