Job Description

Looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition-Recruitment Professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
