About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for e-commerce, sales, and product-based companies, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for sales, business development, and managerial roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Optimize hiring workflows to ensure faster and high-quality closures.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM Jobs, and other creative channels.
  • Track recruitment progress using ATS tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct market research for salary benchmarking and hiring insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in recruitment (preferably in e-commerce, sales-driven, or product-based organizations).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.) and major job portals.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sales, business development, and leadership hiring.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze hiring trends and improve strategies.
