Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, especially for field and regional roles.
Source talent through job portals, referrals, social media, and local outreach programs.
Drive volume hiring in rural and semi-urban markets for loan officers, branch managers, and support staff.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for bulk hiring drives and campus engagements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce TAT in recruitment processes.
Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and compliance with internal policies.
Participate in employer branding activities aligned with the values of financial inclusion and social impact.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.
Experience in BFSI or microfinance hiring is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and field-level hiring exposure.
Comfortable traveling to branch locations for hiring needs.
Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage.
