Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, especially for field and regional roles.
  • Source talent through job portals, referrals, social media, and local outreach programs.
  • Drive volume hiring in rural and semi-urban markets for loan officers, branch managers, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for bulk hiring drives and campus engagements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce TAT in recruitment processes.
  • Maintain hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Participate in employer branding activities aligned with the values of financial inclusion and social impact.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field.
  • Experience in BFSI or microfinance hiring is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and field-level hiring exposure.
  • Comfortable traveling to branch locations for hiring needs.
  • Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage.
