Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at KPIL, located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring and onboarding. Responsibilities also include developing employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Expertise in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
