Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for sales, business, and finance roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks. Collaborate with business heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals. Optimize recruitment tools and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Strengthen employer branding through social media, career fairs, and networking events. Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Implement innovative hiring techniques to attract and retain the best talent. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in same field and leadership hiring for financial services. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
