Implement innovative hiring techniques to attract and retain the best talent. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in same field and leadership hiring for financial services. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and HR analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
