Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions, including headhunting and lateral hiring.
  • Handling a team of atleast 5 members.
  • Overseeing campus hiring as well as lateral hiring.
  • Manage campus hiring initiatives to attract top talent from leading institutes.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for talent acquisition, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet organizational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 11-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for senior leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
