Role Overview Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and help build high-performing teams across geographies. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience while ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones. Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Draft job postings and assist in employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms. Handle candidate communication, ensuring timely feedback and smooth interview processes. Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to streamline recruitment workflows. Assist in onboarding new hires and collecting necessary documentation.
