Key Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders to understand sales and leadership talent needs, and craft strategic hiring plans aligned with revenue and growth goals. Source top-performing sales and leadership talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, and leveraging networks across the BFSI industry. Assess candidates not just for experience, but for leadership traits, strategic thinking, and ability to drive high performance in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Drive structured interview processes, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. Act as a talent advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes. Minimum Requirements 3-4 years of core talent acquisition experience with a focus on non-tech roles, including sales, operations, or corporate functions. Proven track record of success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates through outbound channels for Sales/Leadership roles (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networking) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent in a fast-paced, competitive hiring landscape.
