Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to deliver high-quality talent across contract and full-time roles, with a strong focus on ContracttoHire (C2H) hiring.

• Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

  Oversee and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery on key hiring metrics including time-to-fill, C2H conversion rates, and recruiter productivity.

• Sourcing Strategy Development:

  Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.

• Performance Analysis:

  Analyze and present recruitment dashboards and hiring performance reports to senior leadership.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner closely with internal IT stakeholders to understand talent requirements and deliver on hiring goals.

• Vendor Management:

  Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and delivery standards.

• Compliance Assurance:

  Ensure all hiring activities are compliant with relevant labor laws and internal HR policies.
