As an intern at Plum, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with the TA team to understand hiring needs across functions. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various job boards, social media, and internal databases. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. It will also be your duty to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data on our ATS. Plum is transforming healthcare by making insurance affordable, accessible, and easy to use.
