Talent Acquisition Internship

As an intern in this role, your primary responsibilities will include: Coordinate Interviews: You will be responsible for liaising with candidates in the recruitment pipeline, ensuring that interviews are scheduled in a timely manner and coordinating smoothly. Support Hiring Campaigns: You will assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in designing and developing hiring posters and other recruitment materials to attract top talent. Database Management: Your tasks will involve cleaning, structuring, and refining the candidate database to enable the generation of insightful metrics and improve data accuracy. Assist in Talent Mapping: You will support the team in identifying and mapping talent across sectors, helping align potential candidates with current and future roles. Operational Efficiency: You will play a crucial role in streamlining backend operations to enhance the overall efficiency of the recruitment process, ensuring effective coordination of various talent acquisition elements. The ideal candidate for this role should have 0-2 years of experience in a talent management or recruitment operations role and possess the following skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in data management, including experience in structuring databases and generating metrics for insights. Creativity in designing hiring materials and supporting branding efforts.
