Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and align candidate sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and share offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documentation.
Engage with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Attend client meetings or candidate interviews (where required) to observe and learn.
Stay updated with recruitment trends and hiring best practices.
