As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and enhance the ability to attract and select top talent. This role requires a keen interest in human resources, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks. - Screening Resumes: Help in screening resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum criteria. - Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates and interviewers. - Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Recruitment Events: Support the organization in hosting or participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events. - Data Management: Help maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accessible. - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. - Open for a 6 months Internship - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process. Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition. Develop professional skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking. Build a network of professional contacts in the HR field. Receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Please note: This is a 6 months internship program.
