Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator

(For an Islamic Spiritual Wellbeing App)

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Talent Acquisition and Content Coordinator to support the creation of our Islamic spiritual wellbeing app. This role is perfect for someone energetic, people-oriented, and detail-focused, who can help us onboard writers, artists, and other creative contributors while coordinating content throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Content Research
• Assist in maintaining the list of program categories, sub-categories, and program names.
• Research content from other wellbeing and Islamic apps for benchmarking and fresh ideas.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Identify and reach out to potential contributors, including:
• Writers (program writers, story writers)
• Popular speakers and scholars
• Voice-over artists & audio editors
• Graphic & motion illustrators
• Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Support the onboarding process: emails, calls, meetings, and walkthroughs of documentation.
• Prepare and maintain agreements with creators.
• Coordination & Documentation
• Save content systematically to the cloud repository.
• Coordinate with all contributors (writers, editors, VO, designers, illustrators) to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Track deadlines and progress in project management tools.
• Daily Activities
• Outreach (emails, calls, and follow-ups with talent).
• Support talent onboarding and documentation.
• Content follow-ups and repository updates.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success volunteers for beta testing feedback.
• Work with Naqeeb (program group admins/researchers) to align program cycles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills (email, phone, presentations).
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic project coordination skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a mission-driven Islamic environment.
• Interest in Islamic knowledge, wellbeing, or content development (preferred).
• Open to fresh graduates or juniors who are willing to learn quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
