Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Grexa AI, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the recruitment process from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for various positions within the company. You will also be involved in managing job postings on different platforms to attract top talent and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to provide timely feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will support the team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to enhance the recruitment process. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and reliable data management. You will be required to conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize hiring strategies and assist in writing and updating job descriptions to make them inclusive and appealing to potential candidates.
