Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across various business units.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data in Excel or ATS systems.
• Assist in on-boarding activities and HR operations when required.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn recruitment processes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals is an added advantage.
• Available for a
