Job Description

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Support end-to-end hiring process for technical roles including Backend Developers, Frontend Developers (React/React Native), DevOps/SRE Engineers, AI/ML Developers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers across the Platform Engineering team.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical background, experience with relevant technologies (Java, Go, React, Kubernetes, etc.), and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate multi-round technical interviews including coding assessments, system design discussions, behavioral interviews, and leadership meetings. Manage interview feedback collection and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Technical Assessment Management: Administer technical assessments, coding challenges, and take-home assignments. Coordinate with engineering teams for evaluation and track assessment completion rates and quality metrics.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparent process updates, prompt feedback sharing, and professional engagement at every stage of the recruitment funnel.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation Support: Prepare offer letters, support salary negotiations, coordinate with finance and legal teams for approvals, and ensure smooth offer acceptance and onboarding handoff processes.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist with HR operations including employee onboarding documentation, background verification coordination, reference checks, compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records in HRMS systems.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and generate weekly/monthly reports for hiring managers and leadership.
  • Employer Branding Activities: Support employer branding initiatives by coordinating with marketing teams for job postings, participating in campus recruitment drives, technical meetups, and hackathons to build talent pipeline.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in technology and ability to understand technical roles, programming languages, cloud technologies, and software development concepts to effectively screen candidates and communicate with engineering teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with technical candidates, articulate role requirements, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders including engineers, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities with capability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, track deadlines, and maintain detailed candidate records.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in dynamic hiring landscape for high-growth trading platform team.
