Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in New Delhi. The intern will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring pipeline. Additional responsibilities include contributing to employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals. The internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment strategies within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Candidate Sourcing techniques
• Experience with Hiring strategies and Interviewing processes
• Familiarity with Employer Branding and strategies to enhance organizational appeal
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and collaborate within a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
