As an HR professional at our rapidly growing organization, your role involves recruiting new talent and leading meetings in the human resource department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain top talent. - Screen resumes and job applications. - Assist in structuring job descriptions. - Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers. - Conduct interviews via calls and on-site. - Utilize online job boards and social media for candidate sourcing. - Work with management and recruiters to understand staffing needs. - Maintain relationships with work organizations and agencies. - Conduct post-employment surveys for feedback. - Stay updated on HR practices and trends. - Develop and implement recruitment plans. - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases effectively. - Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. - Utilize sourcing techniques effectively. - Manage referral programs efficiently. - Possess proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping. - Exhibit good time management and communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - Knowledge of HR functions, methods, and policies. - Familiarity with sourcing techniques. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work full-time in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. - Proficiency in English. - Immediate availability for joining. - Expertise in the recruitment process. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
