We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing organization as a Human Resource Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our company. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, collaborating with headhunters, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring that our staffing objectives are met. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with headhunters to hire and retain top talent. - Screen resumes and job applications. - Assist in structuring job descriptions. - Conduct interviews with job candidates. - Coordinate with management and corporate recruiters to determine staffing needs. - Utilize online job boards and social media networks to source qualified candidates. - Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding staffing. - Maintain relationships with work organizations, affiliations, and agencies. - Conduct post-employment surveys. - Stay updated on HR practices through educational opportunities and professional publications. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans. - Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, and policies. - Familiarity with sourcing techniques. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. - Knowledge of referral programs. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong record-keeping and time management skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a full-time position located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should be able to commute or relocate to Raipur and possess a Bachelor's degree.
