As T alent Acquisition HUB LEAD , you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across our hub location. You ll play a pivotal role in architecting how the hub support both local talent and COE, working closely with Talent Leadership to ensure we are exceeding our strategic goals, driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent and exceptional recruitment exp erience globally. Main responsibilities: Accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across specific hub location, to ensure alignment with Sanofis business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities. Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for all stakeholders. Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hub, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models. Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development support to Regional Hub Recruitment Leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide people lead responsibility where required across talent hub services. Own the reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for all hub-based recruitment services. Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, ensuring that candidate and hiring manager needs are prioritized. Partner with the Talent Tech team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and embrace innovation. Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience. Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across hub. About you You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience : Minimum 10 years of proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams within a complex, matrixed organization. Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations. Soft and technical skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
