Job Title: Talent Acquisition(Full-Performing Level) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Department: Talent Acquisition Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles for IT positions, non technical positions. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications through to onboarding. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate records and status updates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain relationships with external recuritment agencies and consultants. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT, Manufacturing etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: 11months: 5 years (Required) 10 months: 4 years (Required) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
