Job Title: Sales Manager – ISRO Location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru Department: Marketing & Sales Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – ISRO to lead our relationship with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). In this role, you’ll be the primary liaison, responsible for nurturing and growing our partnership with ISRO. You will drive collaboration on space missions, satellite development, and joint research projects by aligning internal efforts with ISRO’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key ISRO stakeholders, including scientists, engineers, and officials. Act as the main point of contact between Azista and various ISRO centers. Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and progress updates with ISRO teams. Identify collaboration opportunities in space missions, satellite development, and R&D. Align Azista’s offerings with ISRO’s mission plans and strategic needs. Propose joint ventures and innovative project ideas to strengthen the partnership. Support planning, execution, and monitoring of joint initiatives with ISRO. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met in coordination with ISRO. Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender responses tailored to ISRO’s requirements. Monitor industry trends and policy changes impacting the ISRO ecosystem. Maintain records and documentation of communications, agreements, and project milestones. Provide detailed status reports and briefings to internal leadership. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all engagements with ISRO. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within aerospace or defense. Prior experience working with ISRO or other public sector organizations is mandatory . Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and space missions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in managing high-stakes, deadline-driven projects. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Work Environment: Based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, with regular travel to ISRO facilities and related locations. Occasional participation in conferences and industry events outside regular hours.
