Job Description

Role & responsibilities

. Manpower Planning & Strategy

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of organization's Recruitment plan basis the manpower plan, in-consultation with Corporate HR Head and aligned with the overall business plans of the company (Business, Departments, Services and Sites)

  • Participate in Recruitment budgeting cycle for the overall organization & process and provide inputs on budget allocation
  • Oversee deployment of own budget and ensure efficient utilization and minimum variance in target v/s actual

. Hiring Process, Policy & Procedur

  • Formulate, review and revise the recruitment policy, process, frameworks, & standard operation procedures (SOP) inconsultation with the Corporate HR Head enabling development of a long-term sourcing model that ensures an optimal channel mix and cost of hiring

  • Develop and implement monthly recruitment plans to meet the immediate business needs for all open and potential positions in a time bound manner and maintain an active & organized recruitment databank
  • Participate as a core member of the selection team for recruitment at the Middle/Senior Levels; Partner with hiring managers to ensure a consistent & thorough hiring process, and provide recruitment expertise in relation to sourcing strategies, interview processes and selection
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals

. Campus Recruitment & Induction

  • Design and implement an end-to-end campus hiring strategy for building sustainable talent pipeline for specific roles & departments, aligned with the organization's talent acquisition goals and objectives
  • Identify target campuses and establish relationships with key stakeholders, such as placement offices, faculty members, and student organizations

. Vendor Management

  • Identify and empanel recruitment vendors like placement agencies and job portals and effectively work with them to close vacancies in a timely manner
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with various job portals like Naukri.com, monster.com, timesjob.com etc. as and when required and ensure availability of services of these portals to carry out recruitment activities

6. New Process Development/New Initiatives

Experience should be from manafturing / Engineering sector

  • Candidiate should have 10-12yrs of experiance with at least 5 years in hiring of middle levels managers and campus hiring
  • Candidiate qualification should have post graduate in Human Resource.
