Talent Acquisition Specialist – Yocket

What You’ll Do 💼

Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing → interviews → offers
Find creative ways to attract top talent (LinkedIn, Insta, referrals, campus drives)
Be the go-to partner for hiring managers
Build a strong candidate pipeline & keep the Yocket vibe alive
Keep track of hiring numbers and improve the process

What We’re Looking For 🔍

1–3 years in talent acquisition / recruitment (agency or in-house)
Comfortable with LinkedIn, ATS tools & sourcing hacks
Strong people skills — you love connecting & communicating
Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced setup
Extra brownie points for tech hiring experience
