Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment process and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions and advertisements on various platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, HR database, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Collaborate with the HR team for offer roll-outs, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a great place to work.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and sourcing abilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and job posting sites (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Experience in [mention specific industry, e.g., Interior Design / Manufacturing / IT] will be an added advantage.

Reporting To: HR Manager

Salary Range: 20K-30K

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
