Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins. Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates. Meet hiring targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time). Participate in job fairs and campus hiring initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline. 3 years of experience in recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
