Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize job portals, social media, and sourcing tools to find top talent
  • Screen and shortlist profiles for various IT roles
  • Process CVs and maintain internal data
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates and clients
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on C2H roles
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in job portals and social media platforms for recruitment
  • Experience with BFSI, Product, and Service sectors, specifically C2H roles
  • Ability to maintain and manage candidate databases
