Job Title: IT Recruiter Company: Teamware Solutions Experience: 2-7 Years in Domestic IT Recruitment Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Job Description: Are you an experienced IT recruiter with expertise in C2H (Contract to Hire) roles within BFSI, Product, and Service sectors? Teamware Solutions invites you to apply for the IT Recruiter position based in Chennai. Were looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Utilize job portals, social media, and sourcing tools to find top talent Screen and shortlist profiles for various IT roles Process CVs and maintain internal data Ensure smooth communication with candidates and clients Manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on C2H roles Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding Preferred Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in job portals and social media platforms for recruitment Experience with BFSI, Product, and Service sectors, specifically C2H roles Ability to maintain and manage candidate databases Immediate Joiners Preferred : Max 10 days Why Teamware Solutions?
