Key Responsibilities:

Handle the
entire recruitment life cycle
from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct
initial screening interviews
to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain and update the candidate database on a regular basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure
timely hiring
for assigned requirements.
Stay updated with the latest
IT trends, technologies, and job market movements
.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
1–4 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
(either from consultancy or corporate background).
Strong knowledge of
technical skill sets
such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work under pressure.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player.
