Job Description

  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Recruiters actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and by attending job fairs.
  • Screening Resumes and Applications:

    They review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specific requirements of the open positions.
  • Conducting Interviews:

    Recruiters conduct interviews, both initial screenings and more in-depth assessments, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating the Interview Process:

    They schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitating Offers and Negotiations:

    Recruiters work with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
  • Onboarding New Hires:

    In some cases, recruiters may also be involved in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintaining Candidate Relationships:

    They build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Staying Up-to-Date:

    Recruiters stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
