Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end in-house recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across multiple roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements
• Understand hiring needs from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline
• Ensure hiring targets and TATs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master in HR, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in in-house recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Good understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / Sales / Corporate roles
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
