Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs across departments. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.). Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Preferred Skills Experience in hiring for digital/IT/marketing roles is a plus. Familiarity with HR tools and systems.
