Job Description:

Propacity Proptech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Experience or familiarity with the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and recruitment tools
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Interns with relevant hands-on recruitment experience are welcome to apply
