Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract, identify, and onboard top talent. This role offers the potential to grow into an HR Generalist position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines. • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews. • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
