Job Description

Percept Limited, an Entertainment, Media and Communications company, is at an enviable leadership position today, with a team of over 200 people. Percept companies construct tailor-made content, assets and solutions that deliver in both local and international markets and service millions of clients and consumers across the globe.


Percept is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for urgent and ongoing hiring needs at Percept Limited Group. The role focuses purely on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions through effective salary negotiations. The candidate with hiring experience from media, entertainment and advertising industries will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment:


Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers across departments.

Create or refine job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.

Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements and experience fit.


  • Candidate Management:


Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fitment (skills, experience, and attitude).

Coordinate and schedule interviews with HR head and then with the concerned manager/ Business head.

Ensure timely feedback collection and communication with candidates.

Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.


  • Offer & Salary Negotiation:


Discuss compensation expectations with candidates and align with internal benchmarks.

Conduct salary negotiations while adhering to budgetary limits and internal equity.

Manage the offer rollout process and ensure closure within defined timelines.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

1–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple open roles and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and recruitment tools.


Preferred Skills:


Prior experience in hiring for media, advertising, or creative industries is a plus.

Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
