Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, coordinating with departmental managers to forecast hiring needs, leveraging various recruitment channels, and managing IT recruitment processes. Additionally, the role involves ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting practices
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
• Experience in IT Recruitment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus
