Job description Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to find the best candidates for each role. \ Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and develop recruiting strategies. Source candidates through a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking). Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
