Talent Acquisition Executive

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic Headhunter to join our team and drive high-level recruitment for diverse roles across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, databases, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth screening and assessment of potential candidates
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business culture
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update recruitment databases
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments across different sectors
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience hiring for mid to senior-level positions
