Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to lead our recruitment initiatives and support core HR operations. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to essential HR processes such as employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers, extend offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards for reporting.

HR Operations & Support

  • Manage employee documentation, records, and HR files.
  • Support in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
  • Handle attendance management, leave records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Support internal HR policy implementation and compliance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operations.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
