In this full-time on-site role based in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will specialize in Healthcare Recruiting. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring candidates for healthcare positions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey. Daily tasks will include nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and finalizing job offers. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, strong Hiring and Customer Service skills, and excellent written and verbal Communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment, attention to detail, organizational prowess, and multitasking abilities are essential. Prior experience in talent acquisition or a related field is advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
