Communicate with candidates with employer information and benefits during the screening process over phone after taking their consent for processing their resume for the job.

Perform phone interviews with candidates upon required parameters for the role before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before sharing the profile with the account manager and follow up on acknowledgement of such email.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT.

Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from client on resumes shared.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedule to account manager upon confirmation of interview schedule as per client availability.

Conduct constant interview follow-ups and build rapport with candidates to ensure attendance as per schedule.

Perform reference and background checks as and when required.

Upon selection of candidate, follow up on required documents for further process as per client requirement, negotiation on offer if required by client, and maintain relationship with candidate until joining and take regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirement.
