Key Responsibilities:
? Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
? Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media
? Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process
? Negotiate and extend job offers, and maintain recruitment data
? Track and report recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process
? Promote a positive candidate experience and represent employer brand
Required Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
? 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools
? Strong sourcing and communication skills
? Analytical mindset and ability to track metrics
