managing the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, and using various sourcing methods to attract and screen candidates

Core responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

    Handle the entire process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires for non-IT positions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers:

    Work closely with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies:

    Find and attract candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels, focusing on non-technical roles like sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.

  • Source and screen candidates:

    Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for both skills and fit.
