Key Responsibilities: · Make inbound calls to international customers to promote and sell products/services. · Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. · Understand customer needs and provide the right solutions to ensure satisfaction. · Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. · Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and confidence. · Collaborate with the team and supervisors to achieve overall business goals. · Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking channels Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate records and update on timely basis Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 months of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles at once Basic knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (but not mandatory) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Minimum HSC/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
