Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition or Recruiter with strong communication skills and 3–6 months of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. You will support our end-to-end hiring process and help build a strong talent pipeline across various roles. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking channels Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate records and update on timely basis Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 months of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles at once Basic knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (but not mandatory) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Minimum HSC/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
