Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai (Full-Time | In-Office)

Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: 15–20% hike on last drawn

Experience Required: 1+ years

Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment and

assist in key HR operations like onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and

engagement. This hybrid role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about building teams and

nurturing workplace culture in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Q Talent Acquisition (60%)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment:sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and

onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and team fit.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.

) HR Operations & Support (40%)

• Enhance onboarding and orientation processes.

• Help implement and maintain HR policies and documentation.

• Support employee engagement, performance management, and feedback mechanisms.

• Address general HR queries and assist in conflict resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
