Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at our company located in Noida Sec -65, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end IT recruitment cycle. This includes conducting face-to-face and virtual interviews for various tech profiles, preparing job descriptions based on hiring requirements, coordinating with internal teams for the interview process, evaluating applicant qualifications, and recommending suitable candidates. Additionally, you will work closely with department heads and supervisors to hire new employees. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday during morning shifts. The preferred candidate would have experience in IT recruitment and fluency in English.
