Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tenant recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential tenants.
  • Facilitate tenant onboarding by guiding new tenants through documentation, agreements, and induction procedures.
  • Handle offer processing efficiently, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant data in the CRM and other data management systems.
  • Coordinate with leasing and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and handover.
  • Assist in resolving tenant queries during the recruitment and onboarding phase.
  • Monitor and track all stages of the tenant acquisition process and prepare regular reports.
  • Take ownership of self-development initiatives, including training, workshops, and industry research to stay updated with market best practices.
  • Support other administrative and operational tasks as required to enhance tenant experience and streamline processes.
